Sumner Social Refund Policy


We have overwhelming confidence that you have made a life changing decision to take greater cause over your life by accessing and availing yourself of a technology which can be universally applied, as well as making connections with highly motivated professionals which are here to ensure you succeed.

It is for this reason that we have built out one of the most holistic sales training courses the world has ever seen. We are also chasing a better version of ourselves, and we understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.

In the improbable event, where you are not satisfied, and we can not work with you to resolve it, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning your product before you begin.


To receive consideration for a full refund ALL of the following criteria must be meet:

Purchase of the product must be paid in full at checkout. We do not provide refunds on payment plans. Why is that? The information, training, funnels, and data that we deliver are non-tangible irrevocable goods.

You have not been on-boarded or completed any service including the use of Jack Sumner’s Sales & Marketing University.

Partial refunds of 50% will be granted were:

Unsatisfactory or inadequate service from Sumner Social Supervision and Training Staff, AND you have acted upon the guidance of the Corrections at Sumner Social, whose purpose is to help resolve any technical issues or divergences with delivery issues.

If you elect to not take the guidance of the Corrections Officer at Sumner Social, which is your right, you are waiving your right to ever take services at Sumner Social or work with them in any capacity in the future.
